1. Scope and definitions
These Terms govern only the introduction arrangement described in this document. They do not govern the separate Fidelis Affiliate Program or the program for Fidelis customers and Store Administrators.
- Introducer: an adult individual, professional or organisation pre-approved by Fidelis to present potentially interested businesses.
- Merchant: a business presented to Fidelis as a potential customer.
- Qualified Contact: the Merchant representative who meets the requirements in section 5.
- Manual Introduction: a contact submitted through the channel specified by Fidelis and subsequently approved expressly by the team.
- GoAffPro Sale: a sale whose attribution is determined through GoAffPro links and tracking.
- Economic Version: an identified and accepted set of conditions covering amounts, accrual, payment and documentation.
- Operating Guide: the Fidelis Introducer Guide distributed separately as informational material rather than a contract.

3. Admission and acceptance
Adult individuals, professionals and organisations may participate only after Fidelis has reviewed and approved them. Submitting an introduction before approval does not create a right to participate or receive commissions.
Participation requires express acceptance collected through the external onboarding process. The record must identify the Introducer, the accepted version and language, and the acceptance date. This page provides the applicable terms but does not collect or store acceptance.
The Italian version is the reference text. The English version is provided to assist understanding and, in the event of any discrepancy, the Italian text prevails to the extent permitted by law.
4. Allocation of responsibilities
- The Introducer identifies a suitable business, presents Fidelis accurately, verifies the representative's role and interest, obtains authorisation for Fidelis to make contact and submits the required minimum information.
- Fidelis verifies the contact, decides whether to approve the introduction and handles follow-up, presentation or demo, sale, contract, configuration and Merchant onboarding.
- The Introducer is not required to configure the platform. After any Fidelis training, the Introducer may voluntarily assist the Merchant with initial use, but this is optional and does not replace onboarding by the team.
5. Qualified Contact and minimum information
A contact is qualified when the Introducer has spoken with the owner or a person able to evaluate the proposal, the business is not already a Fidelis customer or active opportunity, the representative has authorised follow-up and has expressed at least one concrete need or interest. Information must be submitted through the channel specified by Fidelis.
- Business: name, category, city and, if available, website or social profile.
- Representative: name, role and confirmation that they can evaluate the proposal.
- Contact: WhatsApp number or, alternatively, email address.
- Need and interest: the issue identified and interest expressed during the discussion.
- Next step: date and type of agreed call, demo or follow-up.
The Introducer must not request, collect, photograph, record or transcribe card numbers, credentials or other payment data. The Merchant enters that data directly in the payment flow managed by Fidelis and its providers.
Authorisation to make contact is an operational requirement for an introduction and does not, by itself, determine the legal basis for further processing or marketing communications.
6. Channels and attribution
Manual Introductions and GoAffPro Sales are separate channels. A Manual Introduction is attributed only when the Fidelis team expressly approves it and records the approval.
- Where there are duplicate Manual Introductions for the same business, the first one approved by the Fidelis team prevails. The first submission, or one described by its sender as complete, does not automatically prevail.
- If a Manual Introduction was already approved before the sale, that attribution prevails over another person's GoAffPro link for the same business.
- If no Manual Introduction was previously approved, the sale follows GoAffPro attribution. If links from different persons are recorded, the last affiliate determined by GoAffPro under the applicable configuration prevails.
- An introduction submitted or approved after the sale does not retroactively change an attribution that has already arisen.
Fidelis verifies the identity of the business, approval records and available tracking data before confirming attribution. An informal introduction or possession of contact details does not constitute approval.
7. Economic Version 1.0
The Merchant may begin with a 30-day free trial. The free trial does not generate a commission, and no commission accrues before Fidelis has actually received the qualifying payment.
| Case | Commission | When it accrues |
|---|---|---|
| New monthly plan | €30 | After the first monthly payment is actually received |
| New annual plan | €90 | After the first annual payment is actually received |
| Move from monthly to annual within six months | Additional €60 | After the annual payment is actually received |
Commissions are one-time payments. Later monthly or annual renewals do not generate commissions unless a future Economic Version expressly accepted by the Introducer provides otherwise for the future.
8. Accrual, exclusions and payment
- A commission accrues only on payments actually received by Fidelis and not refunded or charged back.
- No commission accrues for free trials, renewals, failed payments, cancelled amounts, refunds or chargebacks.
- Accrual is not the same as settlement. Payment method, tax documentation and timing are binding only when stated in an Economic Version or identified communication specifically accepted by the Introducer.
- Any bonus is payable only when quantified, linked to verifiable conditions and officially communicated in a form specifically accepted by the Introducer.
No informal communication, estimate or example creates commissions beyond the applicable Economic Version.
9. Introducer conduct
- Present Fidelis truthfully, transparently and consistently with current authorised materials.
- Do not promise guaranteed results, unapproved commercial terms, or technical, tax, contractual or data-protection information not confirmed by Fidelis.
- Do not use false identities, misleading practices, spam, unlawful contact, unauthorised advertising or undue pressure.
- Do not enter into contracts, negotiate terms, collect money or make commitments on behalf of Fidelis.
10. Materials, brand and Operating Guide
The Introducer may use the Fidelis name, brand and materials only as authorised, without misleading alterations and must stop using them when requested. No materials are included or supplied free of charge unless expressly confirmed in the applicable communication.
The Fidelis Introducer Guide is operational informational material distributed separately. It helps explain the service and organise the workflow but does not amend these Terms, the Economic Version or an official communication specifically accepted by the Introducer.
11. Confidentiality and contact data
The Introducer must treat non-public information received from Fidelis or Merchants as confidential and use contact data only to make the introduction and authorised follow-up. Data must be sent through the channels specified by Fidelis, protected against unauthorised access and not retained longer than necessary.
These Terms do not replace data-processing notices or determine the applicable legal bases by themselves. Each party remains responsible for the obligations applying to it under the law and applicable notices.
12. Relationship and tax
The Introducer acts independently. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, mandate, agency or representation and do not grant authority to bind Fidelis. No minimum level of activity or minimum earnings is promised.
Each party is responsible for its own tax, social-security and documentation obligations. Before settlement, Fidelis may request the information and documentation needed to make the payment lawfully.
13. Suspension and termination
Fidelis may suspend reviews, attributions or payments and terminate the relationship for breach of these Terms, fraud, fabricated contacts, attribution manipulation, unlawful data use, brand damage or failure to cooperate with verification.
Termination does not eliminate commissions that have already validly accrued, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud and other applicable exclusions. Introductions not yet approved on the termination date do not create attribution.
14. Amendments and document hierarchy
These Terms prevail over the Operating Guide. The applicable Economic Version prevails for economic matters. A later official communication specifically accepted by the Introducer amends only the matter expressly identified, from the stated date and without retroactively reducing commissions that have already validly accrued.
Material or economic amendments apply to new introductions only after acceptance of the new version, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. Liability and no guarantees
Fidelis does not guarantee that a contact will be approved, that an opportunity will close or that the Introducer will earn any particular amount. The Introducer is responsible for their own statements, conduct and breaches. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The parties will first seek a good-faith resolution. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction where that choice is valid; mandatory venues and protections provided by law remain unaffected.
17. Communications
For questions about these Terms, the Economic Version or attribution, the Introducer may use the following official contact details.
