Fidelis organises the Introducer Program, reviews applications and administers attribution and commissions under these Terms.
2. Purpose, definitions and distinction from other programs
The Introducer Program pays monetary commissions to approved participants who present new businesses potentially interested in Fidelis. It is separate from the Referral Program for Fidelis customers and business administrators, which remains governed by separate terms and may provide non-monetary rewards or benefits.
- Introducer or Affiliate: the adult individual, professional or organisation approved by Fidelis to participate in the Program.
- Merchant: the business presented to Fidelis as a potential new customer.
- Qualified Contact: the Merchant representative who meets the requirements in section 9.
- GoAffPro Sale: a sale attributed through an affiliate link or code and the data recorded by GoAffPro.
- Manual Introduction: a contact submitted through the channel specified by Fidelis and subsequently approved expressly by the team.
- Qualifying Event: the payment actually received by Fidelis that may cause a commission to accrue under these Terms and the applicable Commission Schedule.
- Commission Schedule: the GoAffPro page identifying current amounts, qualifying products and economic conditions.
- Operating Guide: the Fidelis Introducer Guide, separate informational material that is not a contract.
3. Participation requirements and approval
Adult individuals, professionals and organisations may apply. Participation requires Fidelis's prior approval, and Fidelis may verify identity, contact details, activities, promotional channels and compatibility with the Program.
Submitting an application, creating an account or sending a contact before approval does not create a right to participate or receive commissions. The Introducer must keep the information provided accurate and current.
4. Acceptance and version of the Terms
Participation requires express acceptance of the applicable version of the Terms through the registration or onboarding process specified by Fidelis. The acceptance record must identify at least the Introducer, version, language, date and time, and the accepted document or URL.
This page publishes the applicable text but, by itself, does not prove acceptance and does not store enrolment records. If the Italian and English versions differ, the Italian text prevails to the extent permitted by law.
5. Role of the Introducer and role of the Fidelis team
- The Introducer identifies a suitable business, presents Fidelis accurately, verifies the representative's role and interest, obtains authorisation for Fidelis to make contact and submits the required minimum information.
- Fidelis verifies the contact and manages follow-up, presentation or demo, negotiation, sale, contract, configuration and Merchant onboarding.
- The Introducer is not required to configure the platform. After any training, the Introducer may voluntarily assist the Merchant with initial use, but this is optional and does not replace onboarding by the team.
The Introducer may not negotiate prices or terms, enter into contracts, collect money or make commitments on behalf of Fidelis.
6. Personal affiliate link or code
Fidelis or GoAffPro may assign a personal link or code to the Introducer. The Introducer must use it according to the instructions received, must not transfer it or alter it to manipulate tracking and must protect it from unauthorised use.
Having a link or code does not guarantee attribution or commission accrual. Fidelis may verify the Merchant's identity, the origin of the sale, GoAffPro data and the qualification conditions.
7. Attribution through GoAffPro
In the absence of a previously approved Manual Introduction, a sale made through a valid link or code is attributed to the affiliate determined by the applicable GoAffPro data and configuration. Platform data is the operational reference for conflicts between links or codes belonging to different affiliates.
Deleted or blocked cookies, different devices, incomplete links or missing data may prevent tracking. A manual correction is possible only where Fidelis has reliable and consistent evidence and without overriding a previously approved Manual Introduction.
8. Manual Introductions and duplicates
A Manual Introduction creates attribution only after the Fidelis team has expressly approved and recorded it.
- Among multiple Manual Introductions for the same business, the one first approved by the team prevails. The time of first submission or the sender's unilateral assessment does not determine priority.
- A Manual Introduction approved before the sale prevails over another person's GoAffPro link or code for the same business.
- An introduction submitted or approved after the sale does not retroactively change an attribution that has already arisen.
An informal contact, possession of contact details or an unrecorded conversation does not constitute approval. Fidelis may request verifiable evidence before confirming attribution.
9. New qualified business
A business is qualified when it is new to Fidelis, is not already a customer or active opportunity, the Introducer has spoken with the owner or a person able to evaluate the proposal, the representative has expressed a concrete need or interest and has authorised Fidelis to make contact.
- Business: name, category, city and, if available, website or social profile.
- Representative: name, role and confirmation that they can evaluate the proposal.
- Contact: WhatsApp number or, alternatively, email address.
- Need and interest: the issue identified and interest expressed during the discussion.
- Next step: date and type of agreed call, demo or follow-up.
Qualification does not guarantee that Fidelis will approve the introduction, close the sale or pay a commission.
10. Current Commission Schedule
Current amounts, qualifying products and economic conditions are published in the GoAffPro Commission Schedule. Amounts are not duplicated in these Terms to avoid competing economic sources.
View the current commission scheduleFor each Qualifying Event, the applicable Commission Schedule is the one in force when Fidelis receives the related payment. A published change applies only to future events from the date stated in the communication.
11. Commission accrual
A commission accrues only after Fidelis has actually received the Merchant's first qualifying payment and the applicable attribution and Commission Schedule rules are satisfied. Starting a negotiation, signing without payment or a failed payment does not cause a commission to accrue.
A move from a monthly plan to an annual plan is a separate Qualifying Event only when it falls within the product and period stated in the current Commission Schedule and the related annual payment is actually received. Later renewals do not generate standard commissions.
12. Free trial, cancellations, refunds, reversals and chargebacks
The Merchant may start with a 30-day free trial. The free trial does not generate commissions, and no commission accrues before the qualifying payment is actually received.
No commission accrues on cancelled, failed, refunded, reversed or charged-back amounts. If any such event occurs after a commission has been paid, Fidelis may request repayment or offset it against future commissions to the extent permitted by law.
13. Payment times and methods
Accrued commissions are paid within 14 days after confirmation of the customer's payment, by SEPA or bank transfer, provided Fidelis has the data and documentation required to make the payment lawfully.
Accrual and settlement are separate events. A delay caused by incorrect bank details, missing documentation, anti-fraud checks or payment-provider impediments does not waive a validly accrued commission.
14. Documentation and tax obligations
The Introducer is responsible for their own tax, social-security, accounting, invoicing or receipt obligations. Fidelis may request a tax identification or VAT number, tax residence, bank details and documentation required for the beneficiary's status.
Fidelis may suspend settlement until complete and correct documents are received, without affecting the right to a commission already validly accrued and not excluded under these Terms.
15. Personal purchases and default commission
Personal purchases by the Introducer, purchases by organisations they control, or purchases through accounts created to bypass this exclusion do not generate commissions.
The default commission for products not expressly listed in the Commission Schedule is €0. Referring or sending a non-qualifying product does not create a right to compensation.
16. Bonuses and individual terms
Bonuses, percentage commissions or terms that differ from the standard Commission Schedule apply only when they are quantified, linked to verifiable conditions and expressly agreed with the individual Introducer in an identified communication or agreement.
An individual communication changes only the expressly identified subject, from the stated date and for future events, unless a more favourable provision is expressly agreed.
17. Promotional communications and advertising transparency
The Introducer must present Fidelis truthfully, recognisably and transparently, disclosing the commercial relationship when promoting the service in content, messages or advertising communications.
The Introducer must not promise guaranteed results, features, prices, discounts, tax, contractual or data-processing terms not confirmed by Fidelis. Specialist questions must be referred to the team.
18. Spam, artificial traffic and other prohibited activities
- Spam, unsolicited automated messages, unlawful contact or undue pressure.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, simulated identities, fabricated contacts or coordinated purchases intended to generate commissions.
- Artificial traffic, cookie stuffing, link alteration, interference with tracking or attribution manipulation.
- Misleading advertising, confusing keywords or domains, impersonating Fidelis or falsely claiming a partnership.
- Any unlawful or fraudulent conduct capable of harming Merchants, Fidelis, GoAffPro or their systems.
19. Use of Fidelis brand and materials
The Introducer may use the Fidelis name, trademarks, presentations and other materials only in the authorised version and for authorised purposes, without misleading changes. Use must stop when the relationship ends or Fidelis requests it.
Participation does not create a right to receive free kits, physical materials or content. Any materials made available remain subject to the terms in the related communication.
20. Personal data and prohibition on collecting payment data
The Merchant's authorisation to be contacted is an operational requirement for an introduction and, by itself, does not determine the legal basis for every later processing activity. The Introducer must collect only the minimum data in section 9, send it through the channels specified by Fidelis and protect it against unauthorised access.
The Introducer must not request, collect, photograph, record or transcribe card numbers, credentials, security codes or other payment data. The Merchant enters such data directly in the flow managed by Fidelis and its providers.
These Terms do not replace applicable notices and do not automatically assign roles or legal bases. Each party remains responsible for the obligations applying to it.
21. Independent nature of the relationship
The Introducer acts independently. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, association, mandate, agency or representation and do not grant authority to bind Fidelis towards third parties.
The Introducer independently organises the time and manner of their activities in accordance with these Terms and bears their own costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. No volume of activity or minimum earnings is guaranteed.
22. Suspension, exclusion and termination
Fidelis may suspend reviews, attributions or payments and exclude an Introducer for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, false data, unlawful use of contacts, attribution manipulation, brand damage or failure to cooperate with verification.
Either party may terminate the relationship by written notice. Termination does not eliminate commissions already validly accrued, subject to refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud or other applicable exclusions. Unapproved introductions and sales without a Qualifying Event do not create later rights.
23. Future amendments and protection of accrued commissions
Fidelis may update these Terms for the future by publishing a new version and requiring acceptance where necessary. Amendments do not retroactively reduce commissions already validly accrued.
These Terms govern structural and legal rules; the current Commission Schedule governs amounts, products and current economic matters; an individual agreement prevails only for expressly identified matters; the Operating Guide remains informational and does not amend the other documents.
24. Liability, complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
Fidelis does not guarantee approval of a contact, completion of a sale, continuation of the Program or any particular earnings. The Introducer is responsible for their statements, conduct and breaches. Liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
Complaints must identify the Introducer, relevant Merchant, disputed sale or introduction, reasons and available evidence. The parties will seek a solution in good faith before applying to the competent authority.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction where that choice is valid, without prejudice to mandatory forums and protections established by law.
25. Contact details
For questions about these Terms, attribution or commissions, or to submit a complaint, the Introducer may use the following official contact details.
